Shows the web views made in Gear Generator Pro: still or animated gear setups, in 2D or 3D.

== Description ==

Gear Generator Pro (https://geargenerator.com/) frames views of a gear setup as web views. This plugin puts them on your site:

1. Install and activate the plugin (Plugins › Add New › Upload Plugin, with this zip).
2. Settings › Gear Generator: paste the site key from Gear Generator Pro (Web Views › Themes and site keys…, the website's Site key field) and choose the theme.
3. In Gear Generator Pro: select the web view, choose the WordPress snippet under Embed Web Views, Copy, and paste the [ggview …] shortcode into a post or page (the block editor's Shortcode block, or the Classic editor).

Only the pages that have a web view load the script (ggview.js, about 70 kB compressed). Only the web views on screen are animated.

To update, upload the new zip the same way: WordPress offers to replace the installed version.

== Changelog ==

= 1.0.7 =
* Non-circular gear pairs, as Gear Generator 3.6 draws them: elliptic, eccentric, nautilus and drawn shapes, the
  follower speeding up and slowing down as they turn, and the gears that ride on its axle.
* The gerotor, a third tooth form for the gear pump, and in 3D the port plate under every pump.
* Parts that touch never overlap: every curve is drawn on the material's side of its exact shape.

= 1.0.6 =
* The gear pump, as Gear Generator 3.5.2 draws it: the pinion, the ring, the crescent and the ports, and its path of contact.
* Gear labels in one size across a setup, small on small wheels and a letter's height clear of the teeth and the holes.
* Ring gears with a big pressure angle: a tooth space that closes up ends in a clean V.

= 1.0.5 =
* Cycloidal and clock teeth, and the cycloidal drive, as Gear Generator 3.5 draws them.
* Spider gears, Gear Generator Pro 3.5's fourth 3D gear pair: a differential's spider and side gear.
* The new centre holes: a LEGO axle, straight and involute splines, a servo spline.
* Gear labels by the teeth, clear of the screw holes.

= 1.0.4 =
* 3D web views of a whole setup, as Gear Generator Pro 3.4 shows it: the layers stacked one above the other,
  and only what the Visibility filter leaves on show.
* Chain wheel sets with a chain of a custom pitch.
* The badge in the bottom left corner, without a background, in the theme's line colour.

= 1.0.3 =
* Bevel gears drawn as Gear Generator Pro 3.3 makes them: whole solids at every setting, internal bevel gears
  (a pitch cone past 90°) with a ring's tooth foot, an offset pinion placed where the offset asks.

= 1.0.2 =
* Worm wheels drawn as Gear Generator Pro 3.2.3 cuts them: whole teeth, the undercut followed.
* Browsers fetch the new ggview.js after an update instead of keeping the one they cached.

= 1.0.1 =
* 3D gear pairs (worm, bevel and screw gears) and back and forth drives.
* A page framed by another website counts as that website, and shows the badge there.
* The badge in Gear Generator's own lettering, smaller in a narrow web view.
* "Web views", as Gear Generator Pro calls them now.

= 1.0.0 =
* First version.
